With the using of closed air conditioning system, several problems related to indoor air quality arose. Furthermore, meeting with the demand of building sustainable development, natural ventilation of this traditional ventilation has been become the research focus.Good application of natural ventilation is necessary because it can reduce energy consumption, even have no energy consumption.besides that,it can provide fresh air,improve indoor air quality,and meet people comfortable and healthy indoor environments.According to domestic and foreign research methods for natural ventilation and research status,the paper analyses the evaluation indexes of the potential of natural ventilation at this stage. Analyzing the potential of natural ventilation to the office building of Jinan, evaluating ventilation potential from all parameters outdoor weather, including temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and wind direction, solar radiation, and indoor heat gain.This paper points when outdoor meteorological parameters are certain, the greater indoor heat gain, the greater of the amount ventilation to remove waste heat and humidity, we know Ventilation effectiveness is lower, the potential of natural ventilation is smaller.With the investigation and measurement of the thermal environment in summer and transition seasons to some office buildings in Jinan, this paper gets the regression equation of indoor thermal comfort temperature and outdoor temperature:tc=0.292tw+17.402. According to the regression equation and the adaptive comfort model of 80% acceptance rate gets the thermal comfort temperature range of natural ventilation condition,and the comfortable temperature point is 28.3℃at natural ventilation condition in Jinan.To some extent,it broadens the indoor comfort temperature zone from 18℃to 26℃, and saves air-conditioning energy consumption in summer. For an eight-story office building in Jinan, establish the architectural models and simulate the hourly dynamic energy consumption for its hot and cold energy with Dest software.The paper Studies the affect on natural temperature and air-conditioned temperature with different ventilation rates and ventilation time,and the conclusions show that the best ventilation time is three per hour of night ventilation in Jinan, increasing ventilation times to reduce air conditioning energy consumption during the day does not make much sense,and night ventilation time has a little affect on natural temperature and air-conditioned temperature. Analyzing the influence of different orientation, different floors in the distribution of natural temperature, analyzing the curve of year hourly cold and'heat load unit building area with the use of night ventilation and without the use of night ventilation.and indicating that night ventilation can reduce year hourly cooling load unit building area from 140w to 120w per square meter, energy-saving effect is very obvious.Through the simulation of three different conditions compared,the paper points that c3 ventilation condition and setting the air conditioning temperature 28.3℃is most economical, and save electricity 14.7 million at the whole air conditioning season.Using Airpak software to simulate the wind environment through the entire office building, with the southwesterly wind in summer which the speed is 2.8m/s,we get the pressure and wind speed distribution of the office building's windward and leeward side.The first floor and the second floor can form a good drafts because of the big space of exhibition room and hall.Above the third floor are standard layers,we take the fourth floor to analyze the merits of air distribution inside the building from the temperature field, the velocity field, the air age and the PMV field.If the Inner doors don't open,there is no high windows inside the corridor,the result is:poor thermal environment, Uneven air velocity and temperature, a long air residence time of the north room, contrasting hot and cold.While,if we open the high windows in medial wall inside the corridor, the thermal environment of office area can improve, temperature and wind speed are more uniform, paper work is appropriate, air is fresh, the PMV field is between-0.452413 and 0.530547, comfort is good, and the work efficiency is greatly increased.This project that "energy saving potential of natural ventilation and evaluation index system in public buildings of Shandong region" is subsidized by the Department of Education Science and Technology Project of Shandong Province, item number is J09LE10.
