Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) is an important storage equipment inmodern logistics, is widely used in large and medium-sized enterprises. AS/RS is defined as arandom, dynamic, multi-factor and multi-objective characteristics. The study has an importantengineering significance for improving the intelligence level of the large warehouse system,increasing the warehouse efficiency, reducing the operating costs and improving thecompetitiveness of logistics operations, research and development enterprise.In this thesis, how to goods as distribution, and the stackers optimized operation path arestudied. The main contents include:First, this thesis introduces the development of the automatic warehouse and researchstatus, and the constituted of automatic warehouse is introduced detailed. The format of thegoods for unit for automated warehouse, based on shelves of the stability and efficiency of thegoods turnover and the storage time frequency established the mathematical model. More ontarget the combinatorial optimization problem of application compromise method converts itinto regret function is applied to the calculation of genetic algorithm.. The experiments showthat the methods proposed in the thesis could meet the practical engineering needs of theoptimal control warehouse.Second, a genetic algorithm is used for automated warehouse rack the distribution,through the coding, selection, crossover of design, and application of MATLAB geneticalgorithm toolbox on the system simulation experiment. The simulation results show that thisalgorithm could rapidly converge at global solutions and maintain the diversity of populationcomparing with the current MOEAs.Finally, AS/RS management system is designed in the Visual C#and SQL sever2005environment.
