With the rapid development of Tianjin, holding large-scale sports events havepositive significance and far-reaching impact on the city’s economic, social andcultural aspects. However, due to holding the large-scale sports events logisticalreception services has its particularity, the shuttle service vehicle scheduling oflarge-scale sports event put forward higher requirements. National University Gamesto be held in Tianjin, for example, based on demand shuttle service, shuttle servicevehicle scheduling model, thus providing an efficient, on-time, low cost transportationservice.First of all, this paper starting from the meaning and requirements of holdinglarge-scale sports events on the background of National University Games, indicatingthe importance of services in the event of vehicle scheduling optimization servicesresearch, analysis of current domestic and international research on vehicle routingand scheduling problems the status quo, summarizes the vehicle scheduling aspects ofthe main problems for large-scale sports events.Secondly, the paper briefly describes the basic principles of vehicle routingproblem. Analysis of the constituent elements of the vehicle routing problem, theseelements build the vehicle routing problem with the basic mathematical model of thebasic algorithm for vehicle routing problem for the study and summarize.Then, the demand of services of the National University Games thesis involvedwere analyzed. Drawn for the organizational characteristics of the race shuttle servicevehicles, briefly introduced the basic flow of transfers, the race vehicle schedulingfeatures. Routes based on actual research a game project from the team reach theleave and other data, a preliminary calculation of distance, time, and coats, and thusleads to the National University Game specific demand for pick-up service.Finally, according to the National University Game specific shuttle servicerequirements, the establishment of the basic assumptions, the use of cluster analysisreached preliminary planning data, and then based on the shortest distance, mostefficient, most provinces and three integrated establish a shuttle service vehiclescheduling the mathematical model and solve, finally, specific data and results concluded that the optimization. Considered from the time, the need for more efficient,less operating costs to achieve a more accurate pick-up service needs. Finally, by theeffectiveness of the analysis results to verify the model’s practicality and algorithm.
