| With the improvement of people’s living standards, keeping pet cats has becomeurbanite’s fashion. Pet cats bring joy to people in feeds, in the meantime, disposing ofcat faeces everyday cause people’s worry. Cat faeces is dirty and stinking with apungent odor. Even more serious is that some cat faeces carries germs, which mayharm the health of family members. Therefore, a device that can dispose cat faecesconveniently and sanitarily will solve the problem for pet owners.Based on the full understanding of domestic and foreign similar devices’development status and characteristics in the market, this thesis designs an intelligentcat feces cleaning device with its own technical feature. Firstly, the paper analyzes thefunction requirements of the cat feces cleaning device and introduces the design ideasaccording to the functions. Secondly, this thesis describes the design of hardwarecircuit with the Micro Controller process control as the core in details, which includesthe following three aspects. The first aspect is the selection of important components;The second aspect is the design of power circuit, signal acquisition circuit, forwardand reverse driving circuit, over-current protection circuit and display circuit; Thethird aspect is the design of PCB. Thirdly, combining the functions of the equipment,this thesis describes the relevant content of software design. Fourthly, this thesisdescribes the structure design of the device, including the key pieces of the structuralcomponent, structure function and assembly features. At last, this thesis introduces therelevant trials of the device.In brief, this thesis designs a richly functional, environal, efficient, user-friendlyand integranting automatic and manual clean in one’s intelligent cat feces cleaningdevice. |
