Study On Support System For Green Evaluation In Manufacturing Process Based On Resource And Environmental Attributions

Green manufacturing embodies the strategy of sustainable development and the circular economy pattern in the modern manufacturing, it's one of the essential way to solve resources consumption and environmental pollution problem in manufacturing. As the key link of environmental impact and resource consumption in manufacturing enterprises,it's important to carry out the manufacturing process resources and environmental attributes evaluation research on improving and optimizing green degree of manufacturing industry . In view of the serious resources consumption, waste, environmental emission in the manufacturing process,this paper study on analysis and evaluation of resources and environmental attributes , application support software thoroughly and systematically .(1)Through the analysis of manufacturing process resources and environmental characteristics of attribute data,the evaluation indicator system of manufacturing process resources and environmental attributes is established ,indicator system is constructed by different technology category is not the same.(2)Based on the evaluation indicator system of manufacturing process resources consumption and environmental attributes, the quantification way of evaluating indicators is studied,combined with the selection of evaluation method,one evaluation model of manufacturing process resources and environmental attributes is proposed .(3)Through demand analysis, functions of the system are determined and architecture of the evaluation support system is constructed.The specific content and function of resource and environmental attributions of common manufacturing process,green evaluation of manufacturing process,resources optimization selection of manufacturing process,resources database of manufacturing process,user management module are designed,the system workflow is designed according to the fuction and data relation of each module.(4)The support system for green evaluation in manufacturing process based on resource and environmental attributions is developed,combined with the implementation of case, the functions of each module and system workflow are introduced.
