Design And Implementation Of Test System For The Missile’s Simulated Flight

Checkout launch control system is a key equipment for the subsequent of themissile and an important safeguard to ensure that the missile could launch in agood state. In this topic, the use of missile checkout launch control system isanalyzed and the emulations of console and fault are studied based on thebackground of service missile and actual military training. On this basis, aimingat optimizing control system’s structure and improving its effectiveness intraining and warfare, a new design idea is proposed, which identifies the designproposal that the computer groups and console to be the main system. In thisproposal, the overall design ideas, the system constitution, the structuralcharacteristics as well as the operation state of hardware and software are fullydescribed.Firstly, in this paper, the research background is described and thedevelopment of checkout launch control system and its significance are analyzed.Secondly, the main structure of checkout launch control system isdemonstrated based on detailed analysis of checkout launch control system ofXXX model missile. The failure mode analysis is carried out for the test missile.The overall design idea is proposed and specific examples are chosen foranalysis.Thirdly, the console system design scheme is proposed. PLC programmablelogic controller is chosen as the control core, the control circuit design and thethree-dimensional simulation are also done.At last, the reliability of system operation and the coordination of hardwareand software are verified by system simulation testing.Finally, It is proved by the test that the test system could achieve good result.The faults can be found timely and accurately by performing the simulation ofmissile flight process. The correctness of failure mode analysis is alsodemonstrated. The design scheme of test system is proved to be effective andfeasible.
