Research On The Console Of Simulation Device For Control System Of Once Through Steam Generator

Console of once-through steam generator simulation test-bed control system (shortened form console) ,the result of experimentation on console is direct affected by the level of automatization , the precision of measure and method of control. In order to insure the estate- of work, the precision of measure and control in scientific research and experimentation in teaching, the best way is that the console is controlled by computer.For the confine of condition, the design idea of console was applied on the multi-degree freedom physical test-bed, and at last, the multi-degree freedom physical test-bed was finished.In this paper, the design and realization of the multi-degree freedom physical tester is finished from two facets: the hardware and software. On the hardware, the main work is how to choose the important groupware of the hardware system (such as the circuit board of control motion, drivers of stepping motor and stepping motor) and how to connect the circuitry of motor, and how to analyze and settle these questions in processing of buildup; On the software, the mainly work is how to realize multi-degree freedom relative motion under two control methods(control step by step and control of orientation arithmetic) between two motion components, and save the data of the motion process. And realize network connection on UDP agreement of network between two computers.At last, experimentation is making, many-degree-freedom motion is realized in space, and this experimentation break up the confine of the degree-freedom. At the same time, Synchronous motion is realized between the model of simulation and physical model through the network on simulate scene computer, and realize multi-angle testing processing.
