Network is gradually replacing the traditional PCM because of its superiorperformance, and becoming the mainstream of information interconnectiontechnology in the airborne testing system. IEEE1588as one of the keytechnology of networked airborne testing system, is used for synchronizing databetween devices. In the practical application, synchronization performance ofIEEE1588is affected by network topology, switch performance and other factors.The thesis sets up a semi-physical simulation platform of airborne testing system,adjusts the various influence factors and tests the synchronization precision toconfirm the influence degree of various factors on the synchronizationperformance, and provides references for practical system design.Based on the existing networked instruments and the analysis of a prototypemodel aircraft airborne testing system in comac, this thesis develops simulationnode of airborne data collector, and setes up a semi-physical simulation platformof airborne testing system. This thesis uses the platform to realize themanagement and configuration of data collector simulation nodes, to simulate theactual status of networked airborne testing system’s running and tests thesynchronization performance of IEEE1588. In order to obtain the real simulationeffect, this thesis upgrades the IEEE1588protocol of data collector simulationnodes, and makes them obtain the performance of the IEEE1588-2008.This thesis studies deeply the test method for IEEE1588synchronizationperformance, and makes the detailed testing plan. This thesis also developsaccordingly communication tools which support IENA protocol and makes thetest environment more close to the actual state of the real system.Finally, according to the testing plan, the thesis tests the synchronizationperformance of IEEE1588under different network conditions, and through theanalysis of test results, the thesis gets reliable conclusions, which providesvaluable references for the real networked airborne testing system’sdesign,integration and network equipment procurement. At the same time, thisthesis has accumulated experience of the synchronization performance testingand provides tools and methods for further research.
