With China’s rapid economic productivity and social development, the domesticconstruction of the city has been rapid progress. However, some cities in the developmentprocess, because blindly copying Western tradition of the city of ideas, on the one hand adirect result of the lack of social and cultural city, the other cities also led to a lack ofpublic space humane.Development strategy based on the deployment of our culture and spiritual andcultural needs of people in the city to enhance the above requirements, combined withtoday as an important public space in the city commercial center of modern urbandevelopment issues in the background, in response to national cultural developmentstrategy and to meet people ’s spiritual and cultural development state seeking to breakthrough today’s urban bottleneck in the development of modern commercial centerproposed research perspectives of cultural consumption and commercial space object ofstudy, the formation of cultural consumption to promote quality improvement ofcommercial space, commercial space for hosting social and cultural development ofconsumer research goals and ideas.Topics from the cultural consumer and commercial space infrastructure concept,combing the current development of cultural consumption and its impact on people andspace role and significance in promoting the development, on the basis of research intoday’s social context and cultural consumption are emerging new ideas and trend thatwill be required for the development of contemporary philosophy of cultural consumptioncharacteristics and operation of commercial space in the process of emerging issues andtrends combine to form a concept of cultural consumption to promote the development ofcommercial space, commercial space for carrying people seeking cultural consumptionabove simultaneous concept, the formation of the crowd, culture, space composed of threeelements of the conceptual basis, which made the concept of cultural consumption toenhance the development of modern urban commercial space features three goals.From abroad through two typical top-down and bottom-up cultural means topromote cultural renaissance of urban space, enhance vitality of urban space, creatingspace for the development of specialized cases, summarized to meet the developmentgoals of modern business center features, domestic enhance the quality of urban moderncommercial space, and promote people ’s spiritual and cultural development of the threeinfluencing factors, namely cultural supply elements, elements of crowd participation,spatial experience factor. Combined with today’s actual development, analyzing thevarious elements in the development process of cultural consumption and the role ofcommercial space and summarizes both raised their development still exist in today’sshortcomings. For elements of the lack of cultural consumption concept in modern business centercity spatial development should integrate cultural resources, promote public vitality,enhance the spatial experience of the three strategies to carry out. In theory and practicalbased on the proposed gathering a variety of cultural facilities, implantable multi-culturalindustry, the development of new cultural formats three aspects of cultural resources toincrease the supply of space extent to which tribal people gather, organize activities oftwo kinds of people turn method enhance the cultural vitality of the public space, bycreating dual scale space, creating space for ambiguity, shaping environmental featuresthree methods to enhance the experience of space. The results of the study before the seathirty-four unit used in the development of practice, in order to achieve the former seathirty-four section Business Center Area people’s spiritual and cultural needs of themodern business center space to meet and enhance the quality and promotion.
