Abstract/Summary:
Energy is the lifeblood for the national economy, and it is related with human survival environment and the sustainable development of the society. Humans currently use energy such as coal, oil and other fossil energy which are stored under the ground for many years, according to the current development, perhaps hundreds years later, the storing energy will be exhausted. Therefore, development of renewable energy has become a top priority. Among the renewable energy, the heat utilization of solar energy which is still in its infancy has a great development potential.This paper mainly studies the dish concentrated solar power system which compared with the tower and the groove concentrated solar power generation, it has higher thermal conversion efficiency. The two-axis tracking system and air-powered engine of the dish concentrated solar power generation system were mainly studied in this paper.Firstly, this article designed the solar thermal two-axis tracking control system which was based on TMS320F2812DSP as the controller. According to the theory formula, the local latitude and longitude and the time of the day, it can calculate the theoretical altitude angle and azimuth of the sun, by this the control principle was analyzed and hybrid tracking method was determined. The first level tracking system based on the sun trajectory, which according to the general rule of the sun, to adjust the initial regulation of altitude angle and azimuth angle alone with the feedback of encoder; The secondary tracking is correction of optical sensor tracking, according to the voltage deviation of photosensitive sensor to do mediation in field.Secondly, because of the Stirling engine technology is difficult and its cost is high. This topic used air-powered engine to replace it. So the basic principle of air-powered engine, working cycle and the output power was analyzed, and the theoretical analysis of air-powered engine was made for further study.Then, the laboratory simulation of the tracking system which used pan-tilt as the basic structure was made, characteristics and the magnetic field of two-phase motor are analyzed in theory. Choose the specifications of transformer, inverter and other components which were used in this system. Complete the corresponding peripheral circuit design which used TMS320F2812as the controller, and build an experimental platform. For the software design, this paper used DSP as slave computer, conducted serial port communication with the upper machine PC, completed transmission sensor signals of completion time, high angle, azimuth angle. Finally the simple debugging test has carried on.Two-axis tracking system simulation experiment platform was constructed to explain the feasibility and effectiveness of control scheme which presented in this paper. The theoretical analysis of the air-powered engine provided the reliable basis theory for further research of air-powered engine control system and the corresponding power system. The research and design of two parts of content provides the reference value for further in-depth study of dish concentrated solar power generation system.
