Solar power generation mainly includes solar photovoltaic power generation and solar thermalpower generation. Solar thermal power generation system mainly include tower solar thermal powergeneration system, groove solar thermal power generation system, and disc type solar thermal powergeneration system. The theory efficiency of photovoltaic power generation is24%, at present thehighest efficiency of the industrialization monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic power generation is17.5%, and the industrialization thermal power generation operating efficiency: the tower type canamount to24%, groove type can achieve26%, dish type can reach29.5%. Disc type solar Stirlingpower generation system mainly includes double axes tracking disc type focusing system andStirling engine. This paper designs and studys disc type solar sterling power generation system.The dish solar Stirling generating system uses the Stirling engine as a prime mover to thethermoelectric conversion. The Stirling engine is a reciprocating external combustion engine,itsideal thermodynamic cycle known as the Stirling cycle. This paper designs a5kW Stirling engineincluding cooler, heat collector, cold chamber, hot chamber. The basic working principle of dishsolar thermal power generation thermoelectric conversion is that working medium absorbs heatfrom the high temperature heat source, process of inflation work transmits heat to the lowtemperature heat source. Working medium shrinks and absorbs heat from the heat source again.Then above-mentioned steps begin to cycle. In each cycle, the heat which absorbed by the workingfluid changes to mechanical energy.While the reciprocating motion of the piston drives generator toconvert mechanical energy into electrical energy.In order to research the Stirling engine independently and better in the laboratory, while notdepends on dish type solar focusing system which is installed outdoor, therefore design and developa solar electricity heating simulator. Then, design solar electricity heating simulator circuit andimplement the experiment of the solar electricity heating simulator, through the actual experimentand theory of the validation, the solar electric heating simulator simulates the heat source of theengine that is proved.Another part of disc type solar Stirling power generation system is double axes trackingfocusing system. This paper analyzes and introduces the relevant theoretical basis and the suntracking mode. Finally, the tracking mode and control programs are decided.
