| China is a country of many natural disasters, such as Wenchuan earthquake, YuShu earthquake and ZhouQu debris flow. These disasters make people deeply aware of the serious natural disasters in China, and the planning and construction of shelter system has receivedmore and more attention. Research on disaster prevention planning started lately in our country, the construction of the shelter system became widely practice until WenChuan earthquake happened. At present, researchs on shelter system of city is comprehensive, but the disaster prevention research in other areas is not enough. Therefore, it is necessary to researchfurther to perfect the planning system of shelters and to protect the masses of the people.In recent years the rapid development of the economy make tourism boom, and a surge of tourist bring huge economic benefits for the city. At the same time, tourism security problem is becoming more and more attention. Especially after WenChuan earthquake which highlight the safety problems of scenic areas, it suggests that scenic spot, especiallythe shelters of mountain type scenic spot worth studying. Taking QingYuan mountain scenic area of QuanZhou as the breakthrough point, and field investigation, analysis the advantages and disadvantages of QingYuan mountain scenic area on disaster prevention, and puts forward opinions on shelter construction.Based on the domestic and foreign existing shelter research experience, combined withthe characteristics of scenic geography, space, architecture and behavior characteristics of tourists, this paper analyses the planning and construction of the shelter system of QingYuan mountain scenic area. Firstly this paper reviews the existing research results, and combined with the present situation and asylum issues of domestic mountain Scenic Area in disasterprevention, this paper suggests construction of mountain Scenic Area shelter. Then based on the investigation of QingYuan mountain scenic area, this paper analysis the advantage and disadvantage of Qingyuan Mountain Scenic Area in the prevention from natural disasters; then this paper put forward suggestions on system planning and construction of shelter system QingyuanMountain Scenic area.Aiming at the blank of the shelter theory in our country, this paper put forward the innovation of planning and construction of the scenic area shelter system, which provide theoret ical and practical guidance for the planning and construction of China’s scenic area shelter system in the future. It’s conducive to the life safety of China’s scenic tourists in the disastesr, and it will also have a positive significance on construction of security concept and the sustainable development of scenic area. |
