Research On The Contemporary Open Space Of Xiamen

Under the environment of the contemporary Chinese urban developmentbackground, the scale of the urban open space has been rapidly expanding, however,did not get the corresponding improvement, it presents a series of problems. Xiamencoastal business district (CBD) as part of the urban open space reflects the open spaceof the typical coastal CBD. This paper choose Xiamen Lujiang road business district(CBD) as typical cases of coastal city business district, discusses its open space fitproblem. Fit for open space, the paper respectively at the medium level from businessdistrict as the elements in the urban space system and micro level business districtitself as a system of two level are analyzed and expounded.First of all, thesis in the second chapter and the third chapter, from the papersummarizes the Lujiang road business district in Xiamen city development and urbanspatial location relationship, with the clue of time and space to comb the developmentof open space, lays the foundation for the research of Lujiang road business districtopen space.Thesis in the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter from the microscopic level,Lujiang road business district (CBD) as a relatively complete system were studied.Combined with field investigation data and literature information classifying openspace structure level, and through the qualitative evaluation of the open space fit wayrespectively from the traffic system, outdoor walking system, building interface, openspace activities from several aspects to the problem of current situation analysis andinduction, thus come to the conclusion that fit open space on the low side.Finally, according to the overall analysis of the Lujiang road business district,discusses the issue of fit behind the formation of the motivation, and puts forward thecoastal city business district (CBD) fit the basic principles of open space, and willeventually solve the principles used in the case of Lujiang road business district,based on the practical problem of Lujiang road business district open space specificdesign Suggestions are put forward.
