This thesis is research items of the project of Jiangsu province science and technologysupport plan (BE:2010643). Several new types of composite slab based on ceramsite foamconcrete were studied in this thesis. Foam concrete has the advantages of light quality, heatpreservation, sound insulation and refractory. Using foam concrete and reinforced concrete orseveral types of steel combination, two new types of composite slab were designed andproducted: reinforced concrete-ceramsite foam concrete and steel-ceramsite foam concretecomposite slab. Study on the bending test of them. By comparing their relative performance,the engineering application and design suggestions are given.Reinforced concrete-ceramsite foam concrete composite slab is divided into single plate,double and three layers plate. Through the production and bending test of11pieces offull-scale specimens, study the characteristics and performance of them. The results showed: inthe load of cast-in-situ composite slabs without shear connector, foam concrete can worktogether with ordinary concrete; composite slab of foam concrete located in tension zone crackseriously, not recommended for application in engineering; mechanics performance of doublelayers plate is better and suitable for application in the site casting; bearing capacity of threelayers plate is the same as the ordinary reinforced concrete plate, and can effectively reduce40%weight, it is suitable as precast board.Steel-ceramsite foam concrete composite slab is divided into profiled steel sheetcomposite slab, choi steel composite slab and steel frame composite slab. Through theproduction and bending test of14pieces of full-scale specimens, study the characteristics andperformance of all kinds of composite slab, and derived related calculation formula. The resultsshowed: when shear connector settings is insufficient, profiled steel sheet composite slab isprone to longitudinal shear bond damage; the combination of closed profiled steel sheet andfoam concrete can play to their characteristics, it has higher bearing capacity and stiffness atthe same time of reducing weight; choi steel fittings can take the shear connector in this thesis,on the premise of reliable connection choi steel can work with core board, it is suitable asprecast board; the mechanical properties of steel frame composite slab is superior, filled withfoam concrete, composite slab can improve the bearing capacity of75%compared with puresteel frame, its size is neat, craft is simple, formula in this thesis can be used for design andcalculation, and it is suitable for using in the steel structure.
