The steel-concrete composite structure is widely used in the field of architecture for its outstanding advantages,at the same time,foam concrete,a new environmental protection and energy saving material,has gradually been paid attention to with the advantages of light quality,heat insulation,fire resistance and so on.However,the research on the application of foamed concrete to the composite structure of steel and concrete at present is not much.Based on this situation,the experimental research and finite element analysis of the new composite structure of lightweight steel and foam concrete two-way slabs are carried out in this paper.First of all,based on the cold-formed thin-walled steel and foamed concrete,and using the advantages of two kinds of materials,three light steel and foam concrete composite two-way slabs is designed and manufactured with different light steel spacing.According to the existing conditions of the laboratory,the static test of a new type of composite two-way slab with a four side simple support is carried out.Through the observation of experimental phenomena,finishing the test results,summarizes the the failure process,crack trend,failure mode and corresponding bearing capacity of light steel and foam concrete composite two-way slab.At the same time,the load deflection curve and load strain curve are drawn,and the deformation characteristics of the composite two-way slab and the strain characteristics of the material are analyzed.The test results show that the failure mode of the composite two-way slab of the light steel and the foam concrete is a typical two-way bending failure,its crack trend is consistent with the four side simple supported reinforced concrete two-way slab.Unlike ordinary reinforced concrete,the generation of early cracks will not have a great effect on the deformation and stress of light steel and foam concrete composite two-way slab.,this kind of composite two-way slab has the characteristics of high bearing capacity,good ductility and good mechanical performance,its bearing capacity can satisfy thenormal use requirements of the floor slab in the load code.It is found that the two-way force performance is better by drawing the transverse deflection contrast diagram.By comparing the data of three composite two-way slab,the influence of the spacing of the steel on the bearing capacity of the composite two-way slab.is obtained.ABAQUS finite element software is used to simulate and analyze the test model,and the simulation results are compared with the experimental data.The two agree well,which validates the correctness of the finite element analysis model.Based on the application of the modeling method of two-way slab of light steel and foam concrete for further simulation analysis,mainly discusses the foam concrete density,slab thickness,steel wall thickness,steel grade and steel spacing effect on the two-way slab of light steel and foam concrete.capacity.According to the calculation method of elastic theory,the deformation of light steel and foam concrete composite two-way slab in normal operation stage is calculated.The calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,which shows that the method can be used for the calculation of deformation of light steel and foam concrete composite two-way slab in normal use stage.
