| With the growth of the volume of the traffic,aggravation of axis and eanalizationof traffic, rut is one of the main forms of damage highways currently,affect the level of service roads seriouslyï¼›semi-rigid pavement early damage is common, one ofwhich is reflective cracking problem。It greatly reduces the life of the road。 In addition, high strength and resistance to erosion of the rigid base has be paid more attention to,and the old cement concrete pavement asphalt layer applied more and morewidely, but there are also reflective cracking problems, restricting the developmentof the structure seriously。In order to solve the asphalt pavement rutting and reflective cracking problem,this paper carried out a study with Large-stone asphalt mixes.Large-stone asphalt mixes has good reflection crack resistant performance and rutting resistance. Based on the research results at home and abroad,the relationship between gradation type, PR dosage and high temperature stability, water stability, anti-cracking ability of large stone asphalt mixes are studied. In this paper, comparative analysis research are conducted.This essay classified the large stone asphalt mixes according to aggregate gradingtype and voidage; the primary category includes open-graded large stone asphalt mixes, semi-open gradation large stone asphalt mixes and dense gradation large stone asphalt mixes. And OLSMã€AMã€ATB were in turns deemed as research objects. Accordingto the characteristics of Large-stone asphalt mixes, determine PR modifier content is0,0.2%,0.4%. With reference to domestic and foreign research, three kinds of large size asphalt gravel gradation were determined, and relevant tests were carried out to determine optimum asphalt content under different grading type and different PR dosageconditions.In addition,the evaluation methods of high temperature stability, water stability, reflection crack resistant and permeable performance of large stone asphalt mixes were determined,and utilized to analyze the various performance affected by grade typesand PR dosage. Finally, the three kinds of large stone asphalt mixes with different PR content t road performance evaluation in accordance with the proposed level of comprehensive evaluation Pavement performances of each kind of large stone asphalt mixeswere estimated; combined with weather conditions and traffic conditions of Haiwen highway test road,OLSM-25without PR was the most suitable paving materials by contrast optimization. Finally, on the basis of laboratory test and test road conditions, construction technology fit for large stone asphalt mixes and the construction quality control problems was studied. |
