| Currently the development of green building in the world is becoming more mature, butis still in the pilot and development phase in our country, and most of the studies focused onthe developed cities of the living environment of rural areas lack of systematic research.Urban and rural township is the bond of driven by key urban rural development plays afundamental role in the national economic and social development. As the impact ofsocio-economic and other factors of Qinling region of the Valley towns remote location,making the slow development of township planning and construction work, due to thelimitations of the economic conditions of rural residents, it is difficult to create a healthy,comfortable and efficient living environment for themselves, only to meet the minimumsafety requirements. These factors severely hampered the development of green building inthe township areas.This paper surveys the status of the Qinling township building to start the Valley section,a large collection of research data (including basic household structure type residentialbuilding area, housing costs, housing subjective physiological comfort feeling, winter heatingmode the use of new energy technologies, etc.), and finishing summary, through comparativeanalysis, summed up the problems of rural areas building.Constituting on the use of project cost, project cost control, energy-saving technologies,such as green building theory, the factors that affect the township’s construction cost controlmeasures and green building energy saving technology research and analysis, cost controltownship green building provides a theoretical basis.Finally, system research, design strategy proposed is suitable for cost control of theValley towns Qinling green building, and by engineering examples demonstrate the feasibilityof these strategies. I hope cost control of the Valley towns Qinling green building studies canprovide a reference for improving rural living environment and improve quality of life. |
