As the improvements of national economy in China, the construction industry developssteady. The requirements of electrical design of modern buildings are higher.The designsconcern more about the people, energy conservation, environmental comfort, and how tomake the buildings comfortable, with high quality. Reasonably save energy and improveenergy utilization will be an important factor of sustainable economic development in ourcountry. At the present, China’s building energy efficiency is not high, whether it is airconditioning system, lighting system, or power equipment. There are large energy savingpotential. Electrical energy consumption is the main part of building energy consumption, sothe key of building energy conservation is the electrical energy saving.The thesis focuses on each link of the building electrical system. The research prioritiesare power transformer, power cable, motor, lighting lamps and lanterns. The purposes of theresearch are reducing energy consumption, developing energy efficiency and realizingelectrical energy saving under the condition of meeting the requirements of the buildingfunction.For reasonable system planning, the thesis focuses on the reasonable design of the powersupply system, the choice of advanced production technology, and the choice ofenergy-saving electrical equipment. The measures of energy saving are: fully consider theenergy saving in design, choose reasonable voltage grade, choose reasonable load center,scientifically choose the diversity factor, improve unbalanced three-phase, improve powerfactor, choose a new process of cable, choose the proper transformer, lights,motor, inverter.For perfecting the system, scientific management and achieve the goal of energy saving,we should focus on the building of energy management, the load system, power gridmaintenance and strengthening the system of economic operation.In view of the technical reform to realize energy saving, update it from out inefficientenergy equipment, reform the existing system, by improving the power grid power quality,realize electrical energy saving.
