The issue of reducing electric energy waste is an important strategic problem related to economic and social development in China. The power energy losses were more than 200 billion degrees in 2005, equivalent to the annual power output of 2.3 ShanXia power plants, the total investment of which costs 180 billion. According to the statistics, the industrial added value of the major energy-intensive industry such as electrolyzing aluminum, steel, nickel, copper, ferroalloys, chemicals, cement, electric railways and so on accounted for 20% of the entire industry in the first half of 2006, but their energy consumption could account for 70% of the entire society energy consumption. The energy supply and demand contradiction which constrains the Chinese economic development has been more and more obvious; therefore, there is a big potential market of new technology and new equipments for reducing electric energy waste. This article analyzed the necessity of the electric energy saving management of the corporation distribution network based on the energy waste situation. According to the requirements of the corporation electric energy saving, it designed the overall system architecture, and developed a large corporation electric management energy saving system, which was plotted into supervisory control and data acquisition system and electric energy management system according to the different data applications. In the supervisory control and data acquisition system it emphatically analyzed the key technologies of the integration process, such as data acquisition, data transmission and data processing and so on; the electric energy management system optimized the corporation electric energy management based on the data of the supervisory control and data acquisition system.According to the system hierarchical distributed structure, the article analyzed the networked data acquisition and monitoring technique of the large corporation. From the principle of the data acquisition, it introduced the data acquisition module composition, and the multi-threaded data acquisition techniques which was used in the system; and the networked data transmission based on the RS-485 bus; and the corresponding data processing techniques. After the acquisition data were processed, the data exhibiting module showed the acquisition data by software interface by which the user could check the information expediently.Besides, the article analyzed the key techniques of the electric management energy saving of the large corporation. In the electric energy management system, it could reduce the electric energy losses during operation by transformers economically operating, and could make the maintenance power outage of the distribution network minimum and keep the operation high reliability by the rational arrangement of equipment maintenance scheduling. For the transformers economic operation module, the paper proposed some control methods to save the electric energy of the transformers. Due to the shortcomings solving the maintenance scheduling problem of the traditional genetic algorithm, it proposed the improved genetic algorithm to optimize the equipment maintenance scheduling in the corporation distribution network. The article achieved the software platform design and development of the electric management energy saving system by the object-oriented programming methods and programming tools, and analyzed the economic benefits by using the system, which could improve the energy management level of the corporation distribution network, and gain the distinctive energy saving effect, and have a brilliant application future.
