Research On The System Theory And The System Engineering Method In Building Intelligent Environment

Intelligent building has experienced three decades of rapid development since born in the1980s. But in our country, it exists the phenomenon that intelligent building pays moreattention to the form, and less attention to the effect. The one-sided regarded as the moreintelligent systems are, the more intelligent the buildings will be. It led to the disorder stack ofsome engineering intelligent systems and didn’t get to the goal of intelligent building forpeople to create the safe, efficient, convenient, energy saving, environmental protection,healthy building environment, instead, destroyed the building environment. The concept ofbuilding intelligent environment is the organic combination of intelligent building system andbuilding environment, which has been clear about that the effective control and improvementof building environment is the goal of the construction and evaluation of intelligent buildingsystem. This paper applies system theory to research the system principle and systemengineering method of building intelligent environment, in order to establish buildingintelligent environment theory, and to be the theoretical guidance of intelligent buildingengineering practice.First, this paper researches the system principle of building intelligent environment. It isanalyzed that the connotation of building intelligent environment and intelligent buildingsystem. Applying the idea of system, it is researched that the system as a whole emergenceprinciple of building intelligent environment, the hierarchy system principle of buildingintelligent environment and the system environment mutual symbiotic principle of buildingintelligent environment.Second, this paper researches the system engineering method of building intelligentenvironment. It researches the system analysis method of system engineering method, anduses structure system analysis methods for building intelligent environment on qualitativesystem analysis. It researches the system modeling method of system engineering method,uses structure modeling technology to establish a system structure model of buildingintelligent environment. It researches the system evaluation method of system engineering method, puts forward the system evaluation index of building intelligent environment, usesanalytic hierarchy fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate building intelligent environment.Finally, it selects the system analysis of the intelligent security environment, the systemmodeling of the information communication environment and the system evaluation of thebuilding intelligent environment, to verify the necessity and feasibility of the system principleand system analysis, system modeling and system evaluation methods in the application ofbuilding intelligent environment.
