| Reasonable use of energy storage and ground source heat pump technology in public buildings is conducive to the construction of an economic,energy-saving and environmental friendly building environmental equipment system.However,the current evaluation index of building environmental equipment system is not systematic,which hinders the popularization and application of energy storage and ground source heat pump technology.In order to make up for the shortcomings of the evaluation system,this paper studies the comprehensive evaluation system of building environmental equipment energy system.The research work of this paper is as follows:1.A new comprehensive evaluation system of building environmental equipment energy system is established by using fuzzy evaluation theory and inviting experts to evaluate.According to the three different energy systems of conventional energy type,energy storage and ground source heat pump technology,the comprehensive evaluation is carried out from three different dimensions of economic factors,energy factors and environmental factors.According to the fuzzy evaluation theory,determine the evaluation index matrix and the model of weight in the rating system.invite a chief HVAC engineer from two architectural design institutes to demonstrate the main model of the evaluation system.then invite 21 experts and scholars in the industry to score the weight of the evaluation index of the evaluation system.analyze the fuzzy evaluation theory and expert scoring results,and get the evaluation results The weight of each evaluation index in the level system determines the comprehensive evaluation system of building environmental equipment and energy system.2.Taking a commercial complex building in Nanjing as an example,the new comprehensive evaluation system of energy system is tested.Using HDY-SMAD4.0 According to the characteristics of load,six kinds of building environmental equipment systems with different energy forms are constructed: A1 water cooling unit + gas boiler system,A2 ice storage tank +water cooling unit + gas boiler system,A3 water storage tank + water cooling unit + gas boiler system,A4 water storage tank + ground source heat pump system,A5 air source heat pump +ground source heat pump system,A6-Air source heat pump + multi line system.A1 ~ A6 system is analyzed by comprehensive evaluation system of building environmental equipment energy system.The main results of this paper are as follows:1.The energy storage and ground source heat pump technology has the potential to improve the comprehensive evaluation of energy system.In this project,the comprehensive evaluation superiority of A4 and A5 systems with energy storage and ground source heat pump technology is greater than A1 and A6.2.When the peak to valley electricity price is low or the parameter setting of the energy storage rate is unreasonable,the comprehensive evaluation optimization of the energy storage system is lower than that of the conventional system.In this project,the comprehensive evaluation superiority of A2 system with energy storage technology is lower than A1 and A6.3.The evaluation system can be used to optimize the energy storage system.In this paper,for A4 system research,it is found that when the storage rate interval is 30% ~ 40%,the better comprehensive evaluation optimization can be obtained.When the storage rate is lower than 30%or higher than 40%,the comprehensive evaluation optimization of A4 system is lower than the comprehensive evaluation optimization when the storage rate interval is 30% ~ 40%.4.The evaluation system can be used to optimize the ground source heat pump system.In this project,when the proportion of cold and heat provided by the ground source system is 20% ~30%,the optimization value of the comprehensive evaluation of the A5 system energy system increases relatively slowly.When the proportion of heat and cold provided by the geosource system is 30% ~ 60%,the A5 system has a large comprehensive evaluation optimization value.5.The comprehensive evaluation system is very important for the promotion of energy storage and ground source heat pump technology.In the case of this project,A1 system with the lowest initial investment is directly used because there is no comprehensive evaluation study on building environmental equipment and energy system.If the A4 system with the comprehensive optimization value of 0.303 is adopted,although the initial investment increases by 6.5%,the annual operation cost is reduced by 32.5%,the total annual cost of the life cycle is reduced by26.5%,and the primary energy consumption and carbon emission are reduced by 10.5%.If the A5 system with the comprehensive optimization value of 0.180 is adopted,although the initial investment is increased by 48.3%,the annual operation cost is reduced by 29.2%,the total annual cost of life cycle is reduced by 17.2%,and the primary energy consumption and carbon emission are reduced by 22.6%.In this paper,a comprehensive evaluation system of building environmental equipment energy system is established.Combined with an engineering case,the evaluation system is tested.The evaluation system is used to compare and analyze A1 ~ A6,and to optimize the energy storage and ground source heat pump system.This paper has a positive guiding significance for the rational use of energy storage and ground source heat pump technology in large public buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas. |
