Cold recycling technology is economical and eco-friendly, in accord with currentnational strategic policy for sustainable development. It has great advantages in furtherdevelopment and tends to get an extensive application in maintenance and reconstruction ofold rural highway. In this case, the structure design specifications of rural road cold recycledasphalt pavement and inorganic binder stabilized cold recycling program were analyzed,regeneration programs were recommended, and then the typical structure of rural highwaypavement cold recycling is recommend.It is necessary.In order to study design index of rural highway asphalt pavement, firstly, the authorconsulted many domestic correlative literature, then analyzed the typical structure anddamage of rural highway and summarized the8kinds of typical structure and major damage,including pothole and net-shaped crack. Secondly, the paper made mechanical analysis oftypical structures of chinese rural highways in ABAQUS,obtained the mechanicalcharacteristics of rural highways: Fatigue life of the asphalt layer is less than the cumulativeequivalent axle, fatigue life of basement is about41.7%less than cumulative equivalent axle,subgrade vertical compressive strain on the top of surface is greater than the allowablecompressive strain, a part of temperature stress on the top of the surface layer is greater thanthe splitting-strength, a part of temperature stress on the top of the base course is greater thanthe splitting-strength, comprehensive stress at the underside of the surface layer is less thanthe tensile strength of the asphalt mixture, comprehensive stress at the underside of the basecourse is greater than splitting-strength of the base course materials; Finally, the paperproposed design index for the distresses and the mechanical characteristics of the ruralhighway: low-temperature cracking of base course and limiting cracking of the underside ofbase course,added on the basis of inorganic binder layer fatigue cracking, permanentdeformation on the top of subgrade, permanent deformation of asphalt layer, low-temperaturecracking of asphalt pavement mentioned in "Specflcations for Design of Highway AsphaltPavement (exposure draft)".In the research on mix design of cold recycling mixture,7d unconfined compressive strength,28d flexural-tensile strength,60d compressive resilient modulus, thermal shrinkagecoefficient, softening coefficient, project cost index for cold are proposed in accordance withthe requirement of rural highway cold recycling mixture. For cement stabilization program,mix of5:95is recommended. For lime and fly stabilization program, mix of5:12.5:82.5isrecommended. For cement and fly cement stabilization program, mix of5:15:80isrecommended. For cement and lime stabilization program, with the recommended ratio of5:10:85. Mix all of the recommended stabilization programs were compared, recommend thebest solution for stability5:15:80cement fly ash stabilization program. Mix of therecommended stabilization programs were compared, then the best stabilization program thatis cement and fly stabilization program with mix of5:15:80is recommend.Finally, the typical structure of rural roads Heze cold recycled asphalt pavement variousstabilization programs was recommend.
