Rotary drilling rig is a high degree of integration of electro-hydraulic, versatile,high-tech the deep bored hole pile driving construction equipment. the main constructionwork for large diameter pile into a deep hole. With its excellent performance and graduallyreplaced the low efficiency and serious pollution piling class engineering machinery.Luffingmechanism of rotary drilling rig is one of the key parts of the force, affecting the stability ofthe whole in the process of the hole piles job and adjusting the working device institutions,thesituation is more complicated force,it is difficult to calcula Statics structure with analyticalmethod.In order to ensure the accuracy and quality of the high level hole in the constructionjob, so the researching mechanical characteristics and optimizing design of the Luffingmechanism has important theoretical significance and practical value.This paper combines the force characteristics and the luffing mechanismworks,combined with the actual situation,studying of three typical limiting conditions,establishing mechanical analysis models and related mathematical equations, calculating thedegree of freedom and center of gravity of the working device.The finite element model ofLuffing mechanism is established by using software ANSYS Workbench andPro/Engineer,and carry out the static structure intensity and modal analysis,gaining the stressand displacement distribution of structural components,obtaining the first six naturalfrequencies and additional vibration. The structure parametric modeling of Luffingmechanism is proposed,and optimization design reduces the quality of Luffingmechanism,verifing the rationality and reliability of the optimization design under the equalintensity,providing the reference for the structural design and optimization for Luffingmechanism of rotary drilling rig.
