At present, Rotary Drilling Rig,as one of high-end equipments of the most technology and the highest Electro-hydraulic integrated in the large-diameter pile foundation of the engineering, have completely transformed form the import to independent manufacturing-based research and development mainly in our country, and their use is becoming more and more wide. Thus, researching rotary drilling rig and its key components is becoming a more and more urgent task. At the same time, the introduction of a new design techniques, the using of virtual prototyping for researching and designing rotary drilling rig and its key components has also more and more become a trend. In this paper, combineing the National 863 Projects, making a detailed and in-depth study of Rotary Drilling Rig's Parallelogram System's Dynamic character and Optimization of the design using the virtual prototyping, the main job is as follows:Summaring of the status of research and development of the rotary drilling rig and Vitual Prototyping at home and abroad, introducing the structure characteristics and principles of working of the Rotary Drilling Rig's luffing mechanism, completing the structure analysis of variation of the Rotary Drilling Rig's Parallelogram System with the application of equivalent planar, Parallelogram System be reduced to luffing mechanism Boom parallelogram and double-rocker mechanism and block rocking crank drill mast institutions planar mechanism.Building the models of the rotary drilling rig's Parallelogram System of kinematics and dynamics with the using of vector equations and Newton- Euler's method , completing the basic theory Dynamic character Analysis research of the Rotary Drilling Rig's Parallelogram System.Appling both of three-dimensional modeling software Pro / Engineer and system kinematics / dynamics analysis software ADAMS, setting up the Rotary Drilling Rig's Parallelogram System's virtual prototype; and use this virtual prototype, Studying the simulation of the process of the boom luffing and the drilling mast luffing of the Rotary Drilling Rig's Parallelogram System,under the two conditions of unload main winch pulling force and load main winch pulling force. During the boom luffing process, the drilling mast has two working conditions:level and Vertical,and the drilling mast luffing process, boom has two working conditions: the lowest and highest of its position.According to the "equivalent principle", on the base of Rotary Drilling Rig's luffing mechanism's virtual prototype, using ADAMS software's three-dimensional tools of its own re-build the parametric virtual prototype, and finish the parametric model's process; using the parametric virtual prototype, completed the optimize design of the drilling mast crank rolling block mechanism and the boom parallelogram double-rocker mechanism respectively, analysis and research the results of the optimization deeply, providing the guiding significance for the theoretical basis and design principles for the design of the Rotary Drilling Rig's Parallelogram System.Finally, put SWDM-22-based rotary drilling rig as a platform, complete the five experiments respectively corresponding with the simulation process, and verify the accuracy of the Rotary Drilling Rig's Parallelogram System's Virtual Prototype and the Simulation research.In short, the thesis provides a complete set of theories and methods for the research of dynamic characteristics and optimization design of the Rotary Drilling Rig's Parallelogram System, and it has some Novelty and advancetage.
