| Environmental pollution phenomenon is becoming increasingly significant, andcontinuing to affect people’s daily lives. Car exhaust is considered one of the majorenvironmental culprits, with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, vehiclepopularity. Recycling of automobile exhaust will reduce air pollution and new energy forpower. Therefore, recycling of automobile exhaust with the practical implications andbecomes the new issues.Research and development of semiconductor devices for thermoelectric system providedstrong technical support. Semiconductor device using the Seebeck effect, between hot andcold sources of thermal energy into electrical energy output, form the thermoelectric powergeneration devices.Based on this principle, this article established a complete thermal power convertersystem. Thermoelectric converter system including thermoelectric power generation thermalpower converter device and two-tier structure. Thermoelectric converters convert thethermoelectric power generation devices of electric power step-up or step-down to meet theload demand.First of all, this thesis determined the thermoelectric converter topology and analyzed itsoperation theory, and its small-signal model was built. Analyzed and compared of commoninverter with two-phase interleaved converters from the dynamics. Introduced the selection ofcontrol from a control theory perspective, and established the basic control scheme.Secondly, the thesis had designed several software-controlled scenarios, including thetraditional maximum power point tracking control, the identification of resistance control andthe two phase of interleaving structure tracking control of maximum power point. Analyzedcontrol principle and their designed control diagram. And experimental results were given, and verified the accuracy of control design. Finally, completely designed and built of single phase and two phase power converter, based on control chip TMS320F2809to prepare the program. Achieved the thermoelectricconverter features and completely tested a prototype working performance. |
