With the environment problem and energy issue becoming increasingly conspicuous,much attention has been paid to the development of clean energy and recycling of energy.Thermoelectric power generation technology is an important branch of clean energy development and utilization,the use of thermoelectric power generation technology can directly convert heat into electricity without moving parts,noise pollution and emission.Thermoelectric power generation technology research has not only important theoretical significance but also significant engineering value.The article is mainly conducted a series of studies on thermoelectric power generation system,the specific work are carried out as follows:First of all,thermal resistance analytical model is established based on the fundamental theory of thermodynamics and thermoelectric conversion principle.The influence of heat source temperature,output voltage and thermal resistance on the power and efficiency of thermoelectric conversion are analyzed.In order to simplify the calculation process,the simplified calculation model is proposed on the thermal resistance analytical model,and the calculation results of this two models are compared.The comparison results show that the calculation error of the simplified model is within the allowable range.Secondly,through the finite element analysis method,thermodynamic simulation of thermoelectric power generator are carried out by using ANSYS.The influence of different types of heat sink and the pressure of cooling air on the power and efficiency of thermoelectric conversion are analyzed.On the basis of the analysis of thermal simulation,mechanical design solutions of thermoelectric conversion module is introduced.Then the system architecture of thermoelectric power generation system,including thermoelectric conversion module and power management module,is introduced,and the hardware and software of maximum power point tracking and DC/DC converter in power management system is described in detail.Finally,the output characteristic,maximum output power and the effect of maximum power point tracking in different heat temperature are measured in the experiment of thermoelectric power generation system,and the experimental results show that the thermal resistance analysis model and the simplified model are effective.
