| Vibration table can simulate the condition when product are manufactured, assembledand transported. It can judge whether the products can endure the vibration from thesurroundings, and it is important for many research areas of electronic, machine, photoelectricity and aviation. The table top of vibrating table as vibrate signal output determines theaccuracy in vibration test, and the vibration of table also decides the lifespan and performanceof equipment.As for a new axial thrust type mechanical vibration machine, this paper proposed severalimportant parameters of vibration and made flexible analysis with a virtual prototype. Hereare following points:（1）It introduces the overall structure and working principle of new mechanical table,and promotes some parameters needed in a test: vibration intensity, degree of distortion, theproportion of transverse vibration, evenness of displacement and vibration force.（2）As for five vibrating parameters, it establishes detailed scheme, and builds model ofvibration. Then it chooses appropriate vibration sensor, charges amplifier and data acquisitioncard, and arranges vibration sensor logically.（3）It designs software test system of five parameters vibration in LabVIEW software toacquire, analyze and store data.（4）It makes modal analysis of vibration table in ANSYS Workbench software, forstudying its resonance phenomenon and resonant frequency.（5）It makes flexible dynamic simulation in ADAMS and Hypermesh software to studydistortion degree and vibration intensity on different work frequency, to study vibration inthe different location of the vibration. It makes flexible and rigidity dynamic simulation tostudy the influence of the vibration table on distortion. It makes dynamic simulation inADAMS and LabVIEW to study vibration force.（6）Its put forward plan of aircraft ground vibration test and transportation vibrationsimulation environment test for large thrust and heavy load withstand of vibration table. |
