Compared with the traditional vibration table, the3-axis parallel high-speedvibration table has big stiffness, good stability and dynamic performance. And it iswidely used in industrial production. However, the stable structure reliability anddynamic characteristics are of great importance if the3-axis parallel high-speedvibration table operates safely and reliably. This paper studies about the structureoptimization problem of the3-axis parallel high-speed vibration table.Specific research contents are as follows:⑴By the way of studying the parallel mechanism comprehensive theory andbranch kinematic link combination method, the type of the branched chain of all therevolute joints is adopted as the principal mechanism of the3-axis parallel high-speedvibration table, which can vibrate at high speed and high frequence.⑵According to the mechanical feature of this subjict, the vector method, the spaceanalytic geometry method and the vector algebra method are adopted to construct thedynamic mathematical model of the3-axis parallel high-speed vibration table.⑶According to the reliable stability and dynamic characteristics of the3-axisparallel high-speed vibration table, The finite element software ANSYS is used toanalyse the natural frequency and vibration mode of the high speed vibration workingplatform mechanical structure and optimize the structure of the vibration table.⑷In oder to check the feasibility of the method, the dynamics simulation softwareADAMS is adopted to construct virtual prototyping model of the3-axis parallelhigh-speed vibration table, simulate and analyse the kinematics and the dynamics. Theresult shows that the3-axis parallel high-speed vibration table has good kinematic anddynamic output performance.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:⑴The branched chain of all the revolute joints is adopted as the principal mechanism of the3-axis parallel high-speed vibration table, which can vibrate at highspeed and high frequence in many dimensions.⑵The vector method, the space analytic geometry method and the vector algebramethod are adopted to construct the dynamic mathematical model of the3-axis parallelhigh-speed vibration table.⑶The dynamics simulation software ADAMS is adopted to simulate and analysethe kinematics and the dynamics of the3-axis parallel high-speed vibration table, whichlays the foundations for practical application of this subject.
