Ultrasonic testing with the features of fast and efficient, penetrating power, real-time online, information rich, is one of the five conventional non-destructive testing techniques, has been widely used in the area such as aerospace, rail flaw detection, material thickness measurement, and many other fields. Research on design and implementation of modern digital ultrasonic flaw detector has important engineering significance.In this paper, according to the modular design method design each module in the system, the main research work is as follows:(1) Design the aperiodic type ultrasonic transmission circuit.The module can generate power voltage, which is big enough to inspire ultrasonic probe generate ultrasonic.(2) The design of ultrasonic echo receiving circuit.The module circuit is used to complete ultrasonic echo signal receiving, amplifying, filtering and other processing.(3) Design SD card and SDRAM peripheral interface circuit which matchs TMS320VC5509A.There are used to store data.(4) Complete TMS320VC5509A bootloader programing and debugging, to allow the DSP autorun the user program out of CCS state.(5) Complete software design of the control core module in order to realize the system function.
