Abstract/Summary:
Automotive engine valve is opened and closed by a cam profile curve is complete,the cam contour precision and efficient operation of the engine in favor of the internalcombustion engine. Camshaft will affect the accuracy of the performance of theengine peripherals, affecting engine life. In this paper, the " high-end CNC machinetools and basic manufacturing equipment," National Science and Technology MajorProject " Development and application systems for CNC secondary developmentplatform based on " as the basis, discussed in detail during the master’s degree, theauthor " camshaft grinder dedicated CNC system " project done some practice andresearch, the paper studies the key design point cam grinding motion control for thepromotion of development based on open architecture CNC system, improve thedomestic high-end CNC numerical control system in the market coverage with a morepractical significance.This paper analyzes the open architecture CNC system, and proposes the systemof hardware and software architecture. Design methodology which is proposed on thebasis of RCS RTLinux operating system.At first analyze the RTLinux real-timemultitasking operating system features and implementation principle and study thedesign principles RCS methods, the basic control structures and communication tools.On the basis of the detailed design of the CNC system,oriented camshaft secondarydevelopment platform. We launched from the perspective of hardware and softwarearchitecture design,communication mechanism platform elaborated platformdevelopment environment, development tools, system expansion control functions,user interface development tools, as well as external devices fieldbus interfacetechnology.Combined with open architecture CNC,I analyze the characteristics of thecamshaft profile curve, interpolation methods for existing contours of the camshaftmachining problems, propose the five camshaft based on polynomial curve curveinterpolation algorithm.It can not only ensure accuracy, but also greatly improve theprocessing efficiency. Finally, propose the Lantian CNC camshaft motion controlmethod and carry out related experimental work on the CNC grinding processing data.
