The fire of high-rise building is of great harm to the personal safety, however,the high-rise buildings descent rescue device can well solve this problem. This articlecarried on the thorough research on intelligent high-rise buildings descent rescuedevice based on the electromagnetic damping, designed and produced a set of theprototype which can be used in high-rise buildings descent rescue. Finally, theprototype was tested. This article mainly studied high-rise buildings descent rescuedevice from the following several aspects.(1) The structure design of high-rise buildings descent rescue device and theselection of standard parts. Through consulting a large number of domestic andforeign related information, combined with a patent for invention about highintelligent life saving apparatus, the proposed new structure is more reasonable andthe structure parameters are calculated and selected. Finally, it uses three-dimensionalentity model software SolidWorks to structure model of high-rise buildings descentrescue device and optimize the structure design.(2) The performance analysis of high-rise buildings descent rescue device basedon virtual prototype technology. The high-rise buildings descent rescue devicedynamics model of the transmission part and the finite element model of the key partsare respectively built on the basis of virtual prototype technology, which uses themechanical system dynamics analytical software ADAMS and the limited elementanalysis software Patran. They focus on analysis on the mechanical properties of thehigh-rise buildings descent rescue device.(3) Determining the descent control strategy and establishing and analysis themathematical model. It determines and analyzes the descent control strategy on thebasis of the movement analysis and the force analysis about the descent process. Itestablishes the mathematical model, and then finishes simulation analysis of descentmathematical model combining with control strategy based on MATLAB/Simulinksoftware.(4) The design of controller hardware and software system of high-rise buildings descent rescue device. It designs a set of modular controller hardware system, and itwrites intelligent control software programs on the basis of the controller hardwaresystem and the duty ratio algorithm based on language C.(5) Making and testing the physical prototype of high-rise buildings descentrescue device. It produces the physical prototype of high-rise buildings descent rescuedevice and builds experiment test platform of high-rise buildings descent rescuedevice. It makes system test and load test on the basis of experiment test platform.
