With the process of urbanization continuously pushing, the enlargement of city scale andour long-standing economic and social binary system, the problems of the village-in-citybecame more and more serious. Village inside city is a prevalent phenomenon which nearly canbe found in almost all the cities, and the village-in-city causes profoundly impact on both urbanand rural health and orderly development, the problem of village-in-city has seriously hinderedthe harmonious development of city. So research and discussion on the reconstruction of thecity village is inevitable in our country’s advancing the construction of the urban modernizationcontinuously, and is also the demand of a socialist harmonious society in China.Reforming village-in-city is a important behavior to pushing urbanization. It not only canperfect the farmer’s living environment, improve the quality of life, develop together the cityand village, but also can solve the difficult problem of the land and fund in urbanizationconstruction.Based the previous research,the thesis defined the meaning of the risk in village-in-cityredevelopment,and choose the Dolphin measure,quantitative and objective analysis to evaluatethe risk in village-in-city in DongLi District,and gives the designing risk,loan repayment risk,inviting public bidding risk, villager-house demolishing risk, financing risk and itemsmanagement risk etc. According to these, the paper also gives advises of how to avoid and treatthe risk.All in all, the main thrust of this paper is to provide an effective method in village-in-cityredevelopment risk analysis and avoiding and a scientific basis for government leadingvillage-in-city redevelopment risk management,so that to put the village-in-city reconstructionto effect fast and orderly.
