| The project of the some city wastewater treatment plant is based on the Urban Master Plan and " feasibility study report of some city wastewater treatment project", which were approved by the State Council.Because of the long duration of the project,large investment scale, complicated technical aspects and involving a wide range of items, there are a lot of great potential risks. If the risk of this project can not be assessmented and controlled scientifically, it would not only bring great economic losses, but also threaten people's healthy life and the environment in some city. Therefore, it is of great importance and practical significance to study the problems of risk evaluation and control of wastewater treatment plant in some city.This paper,based on the project risk management theory, identifies and classifies the main risk factors in the phases of construction and production running in some city sewage treatment plant. On the basis of analysis risk factor and classification, this paper evaluates the risk measurement and risk probability of this sewage treatment plant project by using the method of expert evaluation,which belongs to the method of project risk assessment, and raises the corresponding risk coping strategies. The main conclusions are:(1)Risk analysis and assessment must be carried out in Program Management.The objectives of the project will come true only when the analysis and evaluation of risk factors are done well,and the appropriate risk control measures are proposed.(2)The risk management plans must be carried out In the early period of construction of X city sewage, analyse the risk factors in the project, determine the risk control measures to minimize project risks. (3)In the stage of implementation of X city sewage treatment plant, various methods should used continually to analyse the potential factors systematically and continually,which lead to these risks, and improve the risk strategy and ensure the implementation of the program goal. |
