| The construction industry has changed dramatically with the high-speeddevelopment of economy and society since the1980s. There are more and morehigh-rise buildings. However, with the appearance of a large number of steel reinforcedconcrete composite structures, the original ideas can no longer catch up with theconstruction conditions which are becoming more and more complicated. Traditionaldesign methods pay more attention to the ultimate state of the building but littleattention to the forming state of structure process. The documents about theperformance of the related construction stage are not seen very much. Consequently, thestudy on load-bearing performances of the large complex system of steel reinforcedconcrete composite structures has become an urgent topic.Considering the problems existing in the construction period and the actualsituation of steel reinforced concrete composite structures, in this paper, I establishedthe reasonable finite element analysis model, using a40-floor steel reinforced concretecomposite structures as the project background, with the help of finite element analysissoftware SAP2000v15.0. Through the finite element analysis, we can make disposableloading and construction simulation loading, and then, considering the effects ofconstruction load, concrete mutation, concrete shrinkage, the construction leveling inthe model and the bond performance between steel and concrete, we can get thedifferences and the law, which provide an important basis for the design andconstruction of modern high-rise buildings, between disposable loading method andconstruction simulation loading method through analyzing and comparing the internalforce of the beam, column, shear wall, floor slab. Focused on this objective, the mainresearch work of this paper can be summarized as follows:①This Paper introduces the concept of steel reinforced concrete compositestructures in detail, discusses the research and application situation of steel reinforcedconcrete composite structures, its advantages and disadvantages and high-rise buildingconstruction application present situation. And at last, it proposed the question to bestudied.②In view of the high-rise building structure system, this paper discusses thefactors affecting the stress during the construction of steel reinforced concretecomposite structure as well as the constitutive relations of materials and the basic principle construction simulation analysis, which provides a theoretical basis for us todecide whether to choose disposable loading or construction simulation loading whileestablishing super-high-level architecture structure.③We can get the result of the beam, the column, the board and the shear wall byusing the calculation method of construction stimulation loading process, with the helpof finite element software SAP2000, to make a numerical simulation of the structure ofsuper-high-level building.④We can perform construction simulation loading and disposable loading a loadon the structure using the SAP2000, sorting out the two methods to get the internalforce of the beam, the column, the shear wall, and the board, then compare and analyzethem to draw the difference and the law between the two.⑤For the construction stimulation process loading method, we can respectivelyuse PKPM and SAP2000to calculate, according to the results, then determinethe rationality of the analysis of SAP2000to simulate the construction process. This paper compares and analyzes construction simulation loading and disposableloading of steel reinforced concrete composite structures in order to take the state afterconstruction simulation as a constant load to reflect the structure state. The results showthat, compared with the disposable loading, the construction stimulation process loadingmethod considers more factors, better reflects the stress status of high-rise structureduring the construction process, has safer calculating, and ensures reliability and greatersecurity in the process of construction. At the same time, we can compare and analyzethe two results from the two software to determine the rationality of the analysis ofSAP2000when it simulate the construction process, and the results can provideeffective advice to practical engineering. In conclusion, we can get a more reasonable mechanical property by analyzingconstruction simulation of the steel reinforced concrete composite structure, and providethe modern high-rise buildings with a more reliable basis for design, safer, morereasonable reinforcement. |
