| As parts of the Marine diesel engine key systems, Turbocharger has complexstructure and involves enormous knowledge. During the activities of the maintenance,traditional maintenance personnel can’t meet the requirement of maintenance activitiesincreasingly, so that they need detailed structure information and maintenance referenceto support their maintenance activities. At the same time, the designer and manufacturerrequire to obtain feedback for real-time data of maintenance phase to improve thequality of the turbocharger and the recycling personnel need to obtain all information ofdesign, manufacture and maintenance phases to support the green recycling.The thesis put forward to the study on MRO (Maintenance, Repair&overhaul)knowledge management for marine diesel engine turbocharger which can provide aneffective and convenient knowledge management platform for marine diesel engineturbocharger corporations. The system can provide operation knowledge which involvesin improving quality and decreasing fault for designer except that improve the servicelevel of turbocharger. The study on MRO knowledge management for marine dieselengine turbocharger has important theoretical significance and application value onimproving the safety and reliability of turbocharger and accumulating the experience ofknowledge management.At first, this paper describes the present maintenance situation of marine dieselengine and the situation, technology method of MRO knowledge managementtechnology, introduces the structure and principle of the turbocharger in detail andanalyzes all kinds of data, information and knowledge what the turbocharger involvedin during maintenance services. Through exploring the questions to MRO knowledgemanagement of the turbocharger maintenance phases, the author advances theframework of MRO knowledge management mode of the turbocharger.Then, this paper studies the key technology what the turbocharger MROknowledge management involves. On the basis of the fault tree of the turbocharger,turbocharger fault knowledge database is established. This paper had studied the datasensors, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and GPS (Global Positioning System)for obtaining MRO data, created the MRO BOM to be stored and organized the MROknowledge, and researched the transform mechanism of BOM and put forward to theknowledge management model which core is BOM. Finally, this paper analyzed the demand of turbocharger MRO knowledgemanagement and designed MRO knowledge management system. |
