This mode is thought by everyone as one of the highest efficient maintenance modes. Studying condition maintenance of equipment has academic and pragmatic significance.This paper investigated implement technology and theory about corporations' condition maintenance of equipment, which is based on the studying of on-line inspection equipments (key equipments) and spot inspection equipments (important equipments) at the PingGuo Aluminum Corporation in GuangXi.As spot inspection equipments are concerned, spot inspection persons measure characteristic data by portable instrument and then store it into database by applying-program. Following, they will get statistic data and draw trending-picture. Forecast method for equipment malfunction is explored out, equipment malfunction are, for example, scale inferior mode, accelerated inferior mode, rapidly accelerated inferior mode, which offer operated methods, technology and theory for condition maintenance of spot inspection equipment.As on-line inspection equipments concerned, for example, D350 fan of PingGuo Aluminum Corporation, condition maintenance is explored. On-line monitoring system completes data collection and stores them into database automatically. By means of analyzing trending curve, the system learns fan' s state and predicts the time when malfunction happened. Finally, malfunction intelligent diagnose system makes diagnose and makes sure faults' type, place, and so on.
