Energy conservation is an important long-term strategic task. It has become a basic national policy. With the rapid development of China's mobile communications business, the number of mobile communications equipment was growing. Along with the development of telecommunications and network industry in depth, the increasing number of communications room. Meanwhile communication equipment and air conditioning equipment will also be increasing the size, and its power consumption will be very large number. Air conditioning system is an important device communications equipment, and its energy consumption more than 40% of total energy consumption. Saving air conditioning energy consumption to reduce the operating costs of communications room is important. So how to reduce air conditioning energy consumption, is worthy of attention and of the important issues.Fresh air system use outdoor natural air for cold source. When outdoor air temperature than indoor temperature below the set value, use the after purification fresh air replacement of the indoor heat. Fresh air system can realize the indoor thermal and reduce indoor temperature purpose, achieve the best energy saving effect of air conditioning system. Airpak software was used in this project, with works (Zhongshan, a communications room) on the establishment of thermal environment model. Adopt Standard k-the search-evade antagonistic turbulence model, second-order windward difference method to control equation, using Standard format of discrete differential pressure value, use Simple algorithm is numerically solving. Standard k-s turbulence model was used. Second-order upwind difference scheme was used in the control equations of discrete format. The Pressure interpolation used standard discrete format. Simple algorithm was used in the numerical computation. Different air supply methods, different air flow, different temperature conditions of indoor air temperature and velocity field were studied. After analysis then got satisfied room air velocity and temperature requirements best airflow organization. It will be able to meet the communication room of the ideal working conditions preferably, which will help extend the life of the equipment within the communications room. It is reference valuable for improving the thermal environment and energy-saving of the communication room. At the same time using TRNSYS software, the annual energy consumption of the communications room and the use of different energy-saving device to simulate the energy consumption. After analysis to determine the best energy-saving schemes, and energy saving plan for the economy, briefly analyzed for intelligent fresh air system operation and calculation of energy saving to provide the reference.
