Abstract/Summary:
As the global environment is becoming deteriorate and the worsening environment is challenging and threatening all the livings on this planet, human beings are paying more attention to the environmental research. All circles of the society reach a common recognition that the sustainable development is the only way of our future and green product will be the best way to meet this demand. Although research on green products are becoming popular among the fields of designing, manufacturing and consuming, the definition of green product is still not clarified.It is certain mat the green degree of green products is oriented to the whole life cycle of products. So the assessment of green products should be based on the life cycle of product and the assessment is not only concerned with the products which have been produced. Moreover, focusing the assessment of the products on their design stages will make product engineers improve the environmental traits of the products after analyzing the assessment results. Based on the current research, an evaluating system of green degree is designed for the electromechanical products on designing stage and an evaluating method related to this system is also put forward in this paper.Based on the above, the following main problems are discussed in the dissertation:1. The green design of electromechanical product will be discussed based on its current application situation in our country. A novel model of developing electromechanical products is put forward on the basis of green concepts after analyzing the defects existing in traditional way of developing product. The role that green degree evaluation plays in the entire system is also discussed.2. With the analyses of the assessment principles, criteria and methods of electromechanical product, the structure of evaluation indexes oriented to products on designing stage is established. The assessment model is proposed with the analysis of the electromechanical product on designing stage. An assessment method of electromechanical product based on artificial neural network is put forward for this assessment model.3. An assessment system of electromechanical product oriented to product on designing stage is developed by visual c++6.0. The usage of this system is introduced through an example. The validity of this system is testified with a better precision when compared with other methods.
