The Research On The Multilayer Penetration Acceleration And Shell-bottom Pressure

The research on the dynamic parameters of the multilayer penetration processing plays an important role in developing the high quality, high efficiency penetration weapon. While the success of the test is determined by weather the test working is perfect. This paper has made detailed research on the storage test of the XX ammunition for the multilayer objectives penetration and shell-bottom pressure.This paper met the requirements of the emission environment of ammunition and penetration test, analyzed various of wicked environment during the penetration processing. And designed the test system of recording multilayer penetration Three-axes acceleration. According to the test requirements, we selected the piezoresistive sensor that can resist high impact and can turn the pressure signal to the electricity signal. At the same time, we designed system hardware circuit which included analogical circuit, digital circuit, power circuit and interface circuit, extra. The system has selected the low consumption and small capacity MSP430 SCM to control the whole, and used the idea of intersectional sampling of two SCMS to increase the sampling frequency, and made the reliability design for the mechanical shell, reinforced and buffered the circuit module. With the analogical environment, we have done the anti-impact experiment and the calibration on acceleration for the test system. All this has verified the precision and the reliability of the whole system.The test system has done many analogical ammunition experiment, both the penetration tester and the shell-bottom pressure tester have got the whole data. Using the Mathcad software to deal with and to analyze test data. And compare the test data with the real data gotten from the shooting range. So we got the conclusion, which has established the basement for deep research of such ammunition.
