Research Of Yunnan Zhefang Kongmy Planting And Processing Technology Changes

Zhefang kongmy has received the widespread attention in recent years by virtue of its excellent quality. However, the related research is usually carried out from the perspective of genetic breeding or agricultural extension. This paper collates related data and arranges files of existing research materials from the point of view of history and ethnology. Through field survey and analyses, this paper covers detailed information and data of Zhefang kongmy, provides insight into the kongmy cultivation history and technology changes of planting and processing, and makes an assay of different qualities of various Zhefang kongmy, which will promote the cultural value of Zhefang and the Dai nationality to a certain extent and provide some reference for other similar research objects.This paper takes the rice culture of Dai nationality as steppingstone, studying the cause of cult for Dai kongmy in Zhefang, defining the concept of Zhefang kongmy, and combing the general development situation of Dehong Zhefang kongmy in accordance with field survey of which the period is from the peaceful liberation of Dehong to now. On the basis of research, each chapter of this paper respectively explores and sorts out traditional technology and historical changes in planting and processing of Zhefang kongmy. With the help of modern science and technology, it comes to a conclusion of integrated quality of Zhefang kongmy after analyzing the grain quality of each variety quantitatively. Through analysis, study and research, this paper reveals the current problems and challenges that Zhefang kongmy is facing, introduces the attempts of relevant government units to find a way out for Zhefang kongmy, and puts forward multidisciplinary development and radiant ecological industry cultivation by developing or modifying current standard in order to build characteristic culture and coordinate opinions between government, enterprises and scientific research units at the same time, aiming at contributing for technology changes of planting and processing of Zhefang kongmy and promoting the development of Zhefang kongmy.
