Agricultural product quality and safety traceability is a comprehensive system engineering of management and technology,and it is difficult to construct the complete system of the retroactivity of agricultural product quality and safety from a single technical dimension.Based on the present situation of agricultural product quality and supply guarantee in China,this thesis focuses on the core technologies of agricultural product marking,agricultural product quality inspection,agricultural product quality and safety traceability and the construction of the traceability information platform for the quality of agricultural products.At the same time,based on these core technologies,the provincial agricultural product quality and safety traceability system and the platform was built in this work.The main results and conclusions are as follows:1.Agricultural product marking is the basis of the retroactivity of agricultural product quality and safety.The thesis designs the process and specification of one-dimension code and two-dimensional code,and classifies the two-dimensional traceability code,the anti-counterfeiting ability of marking technology in the traceability of agricultural product quality is enhanced,and the correct and unique identification of agricultural products can be ensured in the process of tracing.In addition,many agricultural products are not planar in appearance.The common two-dimensional bar code is difficult to recognize.Therefore,this thesis studies and designs a Qr code for the cylindrical produce,which is used in cylindrical produce,you can quickly and accurately identify the bar code.2.According to the demand of quick inspection of agricultural products and the problem of intelligent data collection,the thesis combed the agricultural product quality safety factor according to the agricultural product classification and designed the method of QuEChERS-enzyme-linked immunoassay for the detection of Fungal mycotoxins.Then the intelligent data acquisition technology of agricultural product quality based on computer vision is researched and designed by combining the rapid detection technology of agricultural product quality and information technology,the technology can quickly and accurately upload the results of the quality inspection of agricultural products to the network data center.3.The retrospection of agricultural product quality and safety involves the economic interests of research and development enterprises,production enterprises,circulating enterprises and sales enterprises,so it is very important to design a relatively perfect credit system for these subjects.In this thesis,a large data credit system based on PDCA cycle model is proposed for agricultural product quality and safety,the system includes financial credit,business credit,responsibility credit,tax and employment credit,agricultural product quality credit,agricultural products public sentiment and credit.In view of the public sentiment and credit of agricultural products,the thesis puts forward an evaluation algorithm based on improved BP neural network and its implementation framework,the Algorithm is more effective than the traditional BP neural network in the accuracy and efficiency of the classification of public opinion.In view of the application of quality credit of agricultural products,the thesis puts forward a quality recommendation Algorithm based on pesticide residues of agricultural products and its application.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is superior to the new method in accuracy and stability.4.Data sharing is the core problem in the traceability of agricultural product quality and safety.This thesis designs the framework of the traceability system of agricultural product quality based on block chain technology and puts forward the method of data sharing and tamper prevention using block chain technology.The framework establishes a unified enterprise and user authentication mechanism for the implementation of key business mechanisms for tracing processes through multi-dimensional information feedback,such as product object authentication,initiation and acceptance verification,action and amount validation,data processing system tracking,etc.,ensure the safe sharing of the agricultural product quality and safety data.5.This thesis analyzes the research status and problems of the provincial agricultural product quality and safety traceability platform and puts forward the data center construction scheme of the provincial agricultural product quality safety tracing platform based on cloud.The scheme ensures the integrity and consistency of data at the system level and achieves the basic functions of supervision,tracking and information dissemination of agricultural product quality and safety in the business level.According to the demand of the provincial agricultural product quality safety traceability platform,our thesis applies the previous research results,designs and implements the prototype of the provincial agricultural product quality and safety traceability cloud service platform.This platform can realize the whole process traceability of agricultural product quality information and the data secure sharing.
