| Coal mine main fan, as one of the main four parts of coal mine equipment, which takes on conveying the fresh air to underground and discharging exhaust gas, coal dust and the dirty air. So we called it "lung" of a mine. At the same time, the fan is also one of the most energy consumption equipment in coal mine. Therefore, the applied research of the main mine ventilation and frequency conversion control system, which has an important significance to improve equipment automation management level and ensure the safety of the ventilator, reliable and economic operation.In this paper, regarding a mining group co., LTD. No. 2 coal mine ventilator system as the object of the research and according to the principle of high voltage motor frequency conversion and energy-saving control. We had a field research and the analysis of ventilation resistance measurement, with the basis of technical feasibility and economic rationality, safe reliability and the difficulties of the management. What ‘s more,according to the present situation of the mine ventilation system and later production demand analysis, we have drawn up by AB company 1769 series PLC as the control core, the force control configuration for the upper monitoring software(standby) power frequency conversion control scheme, and feasibility of solution energy saving effect. Finally, the frequency conversion and energy-saving monitoring system for the miners fan have been systematically designed.And we finished the engineering implementation and debugging.Engineering practice shows that the design of variable frequency and energy-saving monitoring system for mine main ventilator is more advanced in technology. It alse has advantage of safety, reliable, simple operation, good maintainability and ensure the safety of mine ventilation. Since the system has been running, accumulating total more than 800 degrees, only electricity income of enterprise had increased more than four millions, which was proved to have large of economic benefits. |
