| The frequency control technology of AC motor originated in the early 1970s.Appeared on one hand is due to the international energy crisis,represented by oil energy prices surge.High efficiency,energy saving technology and equipment system is the urgent demand.The other is due to the breakthrough of power electronic technology.In order to achieve the energy saving of power regulation and cascade speed regulation systems,it provides the possibility for technical implementation from the rectifier stage to the inverter stage.Since the late 1990s,the high voltage inverter had been used in the few domestic field,such as electric power and metallurgy.Due to the monopoly of products and technologies by foreign manufacturers,high cost and the poor adaptability of imported products to our country electric power operation environment,the industry developed very slowly.Since 2000,the domestic enterprise of high voltage frequency converter technology and manufacturing technology has been greatly improved.Operation stability and reliability of the product significantly enhanced,production costs also fell sharply.High voltage inverter industry enters into a fast development period,the industry was greatly expanded,and had participated in fields as iron and steel,nonferrous metal,petroleum,chemical,electric power,electronics,urban water supply and sewage treatment,etc.As our country is shortage of power,frequency control of motor speed is an important energy saving technology and the saving is a kind of energy development.Therefore,it has a profound effect on the development of national economy.Baosteel,the leading enterprise of iron and steel metallurgy industry,is shouldering the historical mission of "pilot of green steel,low carbon life" in the new stage.In environmental protection,it had put great effort for constant improvement of energy conservation of deduction of consumption of equipment and make plans for new project,and to achieve the goal of energy saving by adopting new process,new equipment,new technology,on the promise of fulfill the need of normal production.Based on the background of Baosteel Steelmaking Plant of new RH and LF refining device of dusting system,the thesis analyzes the selection of motor and invert,and lays a solid foundation for the key equipment correct selection of fan system,comparatively analysis the energy saving of fan between the frequency control and the throttle adjustment mode,and the hydrodynamic coupling.It makes a conclusion that dusting fan with frequency adjusting technology is a very good way for energy saving.The application of domestic high voltage inverter in the dusting fan is studied on the design,selection,and summarizes the problems encountered in trial run and solving method,and realizes the design the software and logic program for controller of dusting fan--SVPWM system and reach the expected goal.Practice has proved that the frequency converter in SVPWM variable frequency speed control technology has the advantages of harmonic loss of small,high power factor,being stable and reliable.It is significant in energy saving.The application of SVPWM variable frequency speed control technology in high voltage inverter for completing complex control is worthy of popularization and application in iron and steel enterprise,it will make prominent economical benefits for the enterprise,and realize our development goal of consumption deduction at the same time. |
