With the expansion of China’s industrialization process and the social production scale, coal mine accidents occur frequently, which has seriously hampered the smooth development of the economy. Mine safety issues is quite related to the vital interests of enterprises as well as individuals, which has been attached much attention. The key to reduce casualties and economic losses in the accidents is personal emergency response in a emergency. Therefore, this article event-related potentials(ERPs) experimental means to study on the emergency response of the coal miners under emergency situations based on production safety incident management and nerve related theoretical concepts.First, the paper reviewed the relevant theoretical analysis of neural management and emergency management, and elaborated on the concept of safety emergencies, then explored the intrinsic link between the event-related potentials and emergency response, determining the LPP、P200 reflecting the perception and decision-making judgment of the individual,as well as the N2 as the ERP components of emergency response under a emergency, lying the theoretical foundation for the further experimental research.Secondly, the paper designed the experiment to determine the miners emergency information. The emergency warning signal word in the enterprise will produce more significant P200 and LPP waveform, reflecting the subjective perception of danger to different terms of safety information of the subjects. According to the analysis upon the emergency information classification from different levels of emergency alerts, there is a significant difference between LPP amplitude and P200amplitude; While, LPP amplitude difference was significant, in the meanwhile, there was no significant difference in P200 according to the classification of emergency warning degree. Thus, the paper concludes the emergency degree level of the mine safety emergency signal transmission that is similar to the subjects’,reducing the actual production risk of dangerous scenarios. Then, the paper designed the miners emergency response information decision experiment. The difference of the degrees of emergency alert information leads to different degrees of negative emotions, producing the EEG negative N2 component related to decision-making. The higher degree of caution, the greater the volatility is. Through research methods of ERP experiments, the paper studied and discussed the miners’ hazard perception and response process of the emergency decision-making when faced with an emergency, according to the disasters may happen in the accident scene emergency. The results showed that when the miner encounter underground mine emergencies, they take emergency response decisions under the stimulus of emergency information. Here come to the conclusion and the inspiration: When transferring safety emergency information, we should obey the rules of concise, understandable, eye-catching. In the meanwhile, strengthening the miners’ ability to understand the emergency information quickly will favor the individuals to make rational individual decisions when the accident occurs. Thus, the coal miners’ accurate understanding of the emergency information, which produces the same degree of warning, will ensure safe production of coal mines, providing a scientific basis for emergency management and emergency response research.
