Shape memory polymers have many advantages, such as large deformation, deformation temperature controllable, easy to shape, good electrical insulation, relatively low prices. These unique advantages make the shape memory polymer widely used in medical, automotive, aerospace and other fields. The development and application of shape memory polymer materials has been one of the hot spots in the present research.In this paper, the use of electrostatic spinning technology, successfully prepared by high long diameter ratio of fiber composition with a large specific surface area of the PCL fiber membrane. Two composites- PCL/epoxy resin and PCL/silicone rubber were prepared by the template method, using the electro spinning PCL fiber film as the filling phase, epoxy resin and silicone rubber as the matrix. The materials prepared by the study found that the PCL/epoxy resin composite has self-healing properties and shape memory effect, PCL/silicone rubber material also has a good shape memory effect.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1) PCL fiber membranes were prepared by electrospinning technique, and the microstructure of the PCL fibers were observed, the tensile mechanical properties were tested, and the porosity of the fiber membranes were characterized. The results showed that the electrospun PCL fiber membrane has a specific surface area of the advantages of a porous network structure, the internal fiber silk smooth surface without obvious defects, fiber orientation disordered distribution, uniform size of the fiber diameter, about 2-3 microns.(2) According to the repair mechanism of self-healing materials and shape memory materials of two-phase theory, using the advantages of electric spinning PCL fiber membrane with porous structure. In this paper, the design of out of the PCL/epoxy resin, PCL/silicone rubber composite. TGA, DSC thermal stability test, self repair test, shape memory performance test were carried out. The results showed that the PCL/epoxy resin composites had self healing properties and shape memory effect, and the PCL/silicone rubber material had good shape memory effect.(3) the mechanical properties of PCL/epoxy resin and PCL/silicone rubber composites were tested, including dynamic mechanical test, tensile test at room temperature and high temperature tensile test. The elastic modulus of the material at room temperature was calculated according to the normal temperature tensile test of PCL/silicone rubber composite material. The modulus of elasticity of the composite material is verified by using the modulus of the material and the modulus of the composite material.
