In addition, the technology of bamboo and paint has the spirit of value, aesthetic value and craft value, they are all worth inheritance, therefore, in this paper, on the application of the bamboo in the traditional lacquer work related historical examples of sorting, functional analysis, modeling and process of research, combined with the study of modern bamboo products and modern lacquer, design a series of lacquer with bamboo as modeling elements. In the traditional lacquer bamboo is always used as bone, there are two forms of bamboo, one is complex bamboo weaving, another one is simple Bamboo tube. Combined bamboo weaving with wood, by painting on wood, and bamboo keeps its own color, breaking the traditional application form, making the modelling more modern, lacquer is heavy and black while the bamboo is light and intangible.
