Well Logging technology is the most basic skill in oil and gas exploration and development activity, primarily discover and assess the oil and gas reservoirs through the relevant information tested and recorded in the course of drilling. Currently, the data of the comprehensive logging sensoris transmitted by wired cable. However, cable transmission technology has many insurmountable disadvantages, such as complex and cumbersome installation, heavy workload in the relocation process, and likely causing damage to the equipment and increasing construction difficulty. With the development of wireless communication technology, wireless logging equipment has become the current major trend. Wireless logging instrument has many advantages, such as removable, easy to relocation, large transmission range, simplicity of the device connecting, etc., particularly suited to such complex environment as the drilling site.The paper developed the low-power wireless logging data acquisition and transmission systems, based on the environmental requirements of the well site, and the need of the logging data acquisition and transmission. Analyzing the development of the wireless sensor network technology at home and abroad and the short-range communication technology, the paper presents the system architecture of the wireless sensor network and the design scheme of the wireless sensor node. Designed and developed the data acquisition module, using the low-power MCU C8051F930 as the control center, achieving high-precision acquisition of the Logging sensor analog signal. Write Sensor node collection procedures under the Keil C51 development environment, achieving data communication between the sensor node and the master node in the wireless sensor network. Developed Wireless sensor network platform whose core operating frequency is 433 MHZ and well meeting the transport protocol of the logging data collection, using PM103 established as the core. Designed and developed the logging wireless communication management software based on VS2010. It communicates with the well field sensor node through the serial, and with the logging server via TCP / IP. It can effectively manage the distributed sensor nodes in the scene, collecting the data of the sensor nodes and monitoring the status of network nodes. Finally, transform the data into visual information to facilitate logging personnel to observe and queries.The overall tests in the laboratory and field tests in the drilling site were conducted, upon completion of the construction of hardware platform and the designing of the software, confirming the feasibility of the design, and basically realizing the wireless acquisition and transmission of the logging engineering parameters. The desired design objectives werr fulfilled.
