| At present, logging data are collected and transmitted by fieldbus, While powersupply is from alternating electricity or diesel engine power. There is a large number ofcable in the system and heavy work of wiring should be carried out. And system hashigher cost, badly scalability, and is difficult to maintain. Wireless logging has theadvantages of removable, easy to expand, install and disassemble, etc. The research anddevelopment of the wireless logging system is significant to logging equipment upgradingand logging technology advances.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the main problems of the wireless logging system design, thereby identifying work priorities. Through comparing the peculiarity of several commonwireless technology for short distance communication, we choose ZigBee technology totransmit mud logging data. By the comparison and analysis among many kinds ofcommon self-powered technology, we choose solar energy technology as power supply.Secondly, The modularization design idea is adopted in this paper. By three aspectssuch as reducing consumption, realizing wireless power supply and building a stable andreliable wireless network, the article analyses the design of wireless mud logging system.Focusing on the characteristics of logging sensors, this paper describes the design of thedata acquisition module for analog sensor, impulse sensor and winch sensor. The node ofwireless network is designed with CC2530as control core, and the wireless networksoftware is based on Z-Stack. Considering the characteristics of solar cells, the solarpower supply system is divided into several modules. Focusing on temperature protectionof battery, maximum power point tracking for solar cells, output voltage conversion andbattery status monitoring, this thesis analyses the characteristics of each circuit part andcalculates some important parameters of circuit components. Finally, the function of network and the node consumption have been tested.Experiments show that the system can basically satisfy wireless logging application, and itwould have a bright future. |
