Along with the increasing improvement of production technology and equipment of oilfield, the average consumption is felled, but the energy consumption of tradition of rod pumping system plays a vital role in Shengli oilfield. Accurate analysis and evaluation the energy consumption of rod pumping system guild to reform measures in the future, but a disadvanced method which is simple judgence to a single factor or equipment is widely used in present. Therefore, establish a energy consumption analysis and evaluation of Shengli oilfield on the rod pumping system is main task in this paper.Based on the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation as the rod pumping system energy consumption evaluation method, according to the structure of rod pumping system, combine with the historical data in Shengli, establishing the rod pumping system energy consumption evaluation factor set; Establish factor set to comment set membership functions based on the national and enterprise standards and safety norms; At the same time, calculate the rod pumping system evaluate factor weights of primary and secondary energy consumption by the analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method and finally establish fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of rod pumping system to evaluated and analyzed of Shengli oilfield.Developed energy consumption evaluation and analysis of rod pumping system of Shengli oilfield software, study of Shengli oilfield has carried on the case, calculating the evaluation score of 20 well and system efficiency, load distribution, and so on, points out the problems and solutions. At the same time, this paper analyses the rod pumping system the energy consumption of Shengli oilfield in 2012, the results show that the rod pumping system energy consumption of Shengli oilfield in 2012 are is general, there are a lot of unqualified system; The most energy consumption equipment is motor in all equipment of rod pumping system, from large to small is pump, transmission parts, string of stuffing box, etc; The main cause disqualified system in all problem is the low motor power utilization and swabbing parameters in Shengli oilfield...
