In recent years, with the gradual increase in the number of basic construction, the scale of domestic construction continues to expand, so that the rapid development of domestic cement industry. Jidong Cement Factory and actively join in the revitalization of northeast old industrial base, the western development, is committed to building across the "Three Bei" area of large cement groups. Key project management Jidong Cement Plant electrical engineering project risk management, through the analysis of the risk, can make the project managers to understand the risk factors that influence the level of project management, to confirm the degree of risk sources and risk factors of risk, and the risk factors were analyzed, and then formulate corresponding measures according to the risk different factors, the project manager to maximize to avoid and prevent the risk in the process of project implementation.First of all, the paper applies the theory of project risk management, put forward the Jidong Cement Plant Electric project risk planning. Analysis of Jidong Cement Plant electrical engineering project risk management status, to determine the problems of the existing risk management system is not perfect, risk management system, risk management methods are backward.Secondly, this thesis puts forward a scheme of risk management of Jidong Cement Plant Electrical Engineering project. As risk management decides the success or failure of the whole project, it also determines the important position of risk management in project management. Jidong Cement Plant construction project has the construction process and construction process is complicated and many construction units, the management level is uneven, coordination is difficult, these problems make the electrical engineering project is facing a lot of risks. To solve these problems, the author reconstructs the project risk control management system, collecting a large number of risk factors of Jidong Cement Plant electrical engineering project, which laid the foundation for the subsequent risk analysis.Finally, this paper records the process of Jidong Cement Plant electrical engineering project risk management practice. According to risk management process is divided into four stages, that is, risk identification and assessment, risk response and monitoring.The content of this thesis is focused on the risk assessment and risk response measures of electrical engineering project risk management. In the process of risk identification and evaluation, the risk classification results are obtained by using WBS decomposition diagram and risk identification process. The main risk factors in the risk factors are identified by using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the two methods. In the process of risk management, the risk factors of the project are analyzed, and the most appropriate response measures are put forward, and the risk response is compared with the risk response, the whole process of monitoring and management of the whole process.This paper strive to Jidong Cement Plant electrical engineering project as the basis for a comprehensive risk control. The risk factors of electrical engineering project are analyzed, and the comparison results of the risk value of the risk response are provided for the reference of the domestic cement industry or other similar industries. And through the research of response measures to improve the scientific nature of decision-making.
